How can i fix that?

My payment of 10.52$ was about to be withdrawn by 12 June otherwise it would have been sent backed. Unfortunately, My PayPal wasn't activated with a card at that time. Now the message of my 10.52$ is till showing like it has been paid in my payment history and whenever I click on the "claim your money" button on the message from you guys on my gmail to receive my payment it shows an error! Its been over a week since i have not got my money. Can anyone please do something about this. Just cancel the payment so i can do it from the start. I am starting to lose faith in this site. Please help!!!
